As an experienced litigator admitted to the bar in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Attorney DeMello\u00a0strives to represent his\u00a0clients with zeal and integrity. He has\u00a0a broad array of experience in civil litigation, but has developed specialties in personal injury and real estate litigation. Prior to starting his own firm, he worked for eight years litigating complex personal injury cases, including auto accidents, truck wreck accidents, and construction site accidents. He then spent nearly two years at a national law firm representing fortune 500 companies and large banking institutions in real estate litigation. With over ten years of experience, Attorney DeMello founded KPDM Law, LLC, a boutique law firm focused on appellate law.<\/p>\n<p>Attorney DeMello graduated <em>summa cum laude<\/em>\u00a0from Suffolk University Law School in 2005. He\u00a0served as Note Editor on the Suffolk University Law Review. During law school, he\u00a0represented the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Student Prosecutor at the Suffolk County District Attorney&#8217;s Office. He\u00a0also served as a law clerk at the Administrative Office of the Trial Court.
