In\u00a0<em>Golrick vs. U.S. Bank, National Association<\/em>, the Massachusetts Appeals Court upheld a trial court decision <a href=\"https:\/\/kpdmlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/appeals-courtroom-019-463x347.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-121 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/kpdmlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/appeals-courtroom-019-463x347-300x224.jpg\" alt=\"appeals-courtroom-019-463x347\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kpdmlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/appeals-courtroom-019-463x347-300x224.jpg 300w, https:\/\/kpdmlaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/appeals-courtroom-019-463x347.jpg 463w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>on a quiet title action filed by the former owner of the property, Jeanne Golrick. Golrick claimed that there were issues with the foreclosure performed by my client, U.S. Bank, and \u00a0that vested title with her. My firm successfully defended this quiet title claim at trial, and Golrick appealed.<\/p>\n<p>I drafted the appeal brief, and the Court agreed with my client that Golrick&#8217;s claims lacked merit and that title should be vested with U.S. Bank.
