Managing Attorney

Attorney DeMello founded KPDM Law, LLC and serves as its managing attorney. As an experienced litigator admitted to the bar in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Attorney DeMello strives to represent his clients with zeal and integrity. He has a broad array of experience in civil litigation, but has developed specialties in personal injury and real estate litigation. Prior to starting his own firm, he worked for eight years litigating complex personal injury cases, including auto accidents, truck wreck accidents, and construction site accidents. He then spent nearly two years at a national law firm representing fortune 500 companies and large banking institutions in real estate litigation. With over ten years of experience, Attorney DeMello founded KPDM Law, LLC, a boutique law firm focused on appellate law.

Attorney DeMello graduated summa cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 2005. He served as Note Editor on the Suffolk University Law Review. During law school, he represented the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Student Prosecutor at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. He also served as a law clerk at the Administrative Office of the Trial Court. He earned his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts.

Attorney DeMello is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, the Federal District Court of Massachusetts, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
